When Travel Feels Out of Reach

Fear of driving or flying can shrink your world—keeping you from travel, work, or everyday life. You might avoid highways, planes, or only go places with someone else.

FAQs

Can therapy cure fear of flying?
Yes. Gradual exposure, combined with CBT techniques, helps you feel more confident in the air and be able to fly without debilitating fear before and during the flight.

How do you treat fear of driving?
We'll use step-by-step exposure—sometimes even driving together— to reduce fear and increase comfort on the road.

How long does phobia therapy take?
Some people make significant progress in just a few sessions; others take longer. The pace depends on your comfort level and how often we practice exposures.
