If anything below sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
Start by picking what sounds most like what you're going through.
If you’re an adult dealing with anxiety—whether it shows up as panic attacks, OCD, fear of driving or flying, phobias, or constant self-doubt—I’m here to help. I’m a Clinical and Social/Personality Psychologist who works with people facing anxiety in all its forms. I use a practical, supportive approach that helps you feel more like yourself, not just in theory—but also in your real life.
I have worked with veterans, acute medical rehabilitation patients, and people living with chronic pain, so I understand how anxiety and physical health often go hand in hand. I also focus on improving low self-esteem, which often underlies anxious thoughts and behaviors, and identifying and improving unhealthy relationship patterns.
My methods are empirically-supported, goal-focused, and effective. I frequently employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness techniques in my work to get you back on track to a life that feels worth living.

Anxiety can show up in so many ways—panic attacks, phobias, intrusive thoughts, or a constant sense of worry—and it often touches more areas of life than we realize. That’s why I work specifically with adults (18+) across a range of concerns, from OCD and health anxiety to fear of driving or flying, social anxiety, low self-esteem, and more.
Each service is designed to help you tackle what’s getting in the way, with practical tools and a pace that feels doable. You don’t have to figure it all out before getting started. We’ll sort through it together.
