Can therapy help with panic attacks?
Yes. Therapy for panic attacks focuses on understanding what panic is, learning how to not feed the panic, and releasing the struggle with panic.

 

What type of therapy works best for anxiety?
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is the most empirically-supported approach for anxiety disorder. Combined with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), it helps you reduce severity and frequency of symptoms.

 

How long does it take to see results from anxiety therapy?
Many clients notice improvements in a few weeks, but lasting change often takes several months depending on the severity of symptoms and consistency with therapy.
